On our second Yoga lesson we made more exercises. I already get used to the exercises, but now I had muscle fever and I think that I wrick my leg tendon, because 3 days after this lesson I my leg was contused and I cant find ánother reason for this hurt. However, I had time for relax and I took some rest. I really like the yoga lessons because this is the only lessons where we just need to relax. After these lessons I feel full with energy, which I need for studying.
