Keep the tradition! The 3rd of March. Our most important National Day

3^rd of March is our most important National holiday. Bulgaria was under Ottoman rule for almost 500 years, until the Treaty of San Stefano was concluded on 3.3.1877. It ended the Russo-Turkish war and proved the sovereignty of Bulgaria.  Some students from my school and I went to the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo. There was a festival for the National Holiday. After the concert we went to the monument of Mother Bulgaria (see the picture below) and we left some flowers. All of us were so enthusiastic. I’m so happy that all Bulgarians keep the tradition.
